Realising the Essence in Tea

Brewing the perfect cup of tea is both art and science. It is the art of the sommelier to establish the most beneficial steeping parameters to extract the best of the specific tea leaves. With science they can be quantified and reproduced consistently. To recreate the ideal flavour, a lot of attention and dedication to the ‘ritual’ is required.

Our Solution

In a fast paced F&B environment, it is not always feasible to achieve the level of care required for best flavor on a daily basis. Variation is introduced in the process due to change in staff, fluctuating work loads and difficulties to measure. Rich tea leaves can get compromised by poor brewing technique. The quality of the beverage will not reach its full potential. AMBROSYIA makes the ideal process perfectly repeatable for best flavor at any time. Operation is almost effortless, ensuring the best quality of the leaves gets into the cup or in the pot, every time.

The AMBROSYIA Tea Maker

The AMBROSYIA professional tea maker is a precision instrument which allows accurate process control of temperature, time, volume, steeping cycles and flushing when simultaneously brewing of 4 cups of tea, even of different variety running at separate settings. During brewing, the tea is gently stirred by air bubbles for better extraction and oxygenation. Brewing time is optimized, e.g. by pre-heating of water. The machine is suitable for Black Tea, Oolong, Green Teas, Infusions and non-espresso type brewing of coffee.
